Assistant Teachers:

  • Love to help: Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the care of every child. Maintain a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom.
  • Love to engage: Develop skills to observe, assess, and plan for children, and communicate effectively with families.
  • Love to learn: Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

We want energetic, dependable individuals with a passion for working with children, who have:

  • The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
  • The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation based on position, education, and experience. Bi-weekly and daily pay options:
    • Assistant Teacher: $17.00-$19.00
    • Teacher: $17.50-$22.00
    • Lead Teacher: $18.00-$22.00

Work week: Monday through Friday.

Effective January 1, 2024 - Successful background check is required for employment.
