Job summary

Chippewa Noahs Ark LLC is seeking an experienced and energetic Daycare Assistant Caregiver for our Preschool Program. We have full-time positions and are looking for someone to help with daily care and development of young children.

Responsibilities include planning developmentally appropriate games and activities, designing a daily/weekly schedule, providing basic care, and helping children reach milestones. Knowledge of Keystone STARS is a plus and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider.
• Strong understanding of child development.
• Patient, kind, and nurturing.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• First aid/CPR certified.
• Degree in ECE or Elementary Education.

Responsibilities

• Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate.
• Design a daily and weekly schedule.
• Provide basic care and caregiving activities.
• Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones.
• Knowledge of Keystone STARS.
