Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and energetic Daycare Assistant Teacher to join our team! You will be responsible for encouraging children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, and creative. If you have a passion for helping children learn and reach their potential, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

1. Confidently plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate.
2. Support in designing a daily and weekly schedule.
3. Provide basic care and caregiving activities.
4. Support the Lead Teacher in evaluating children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones.
5. Effectively and professionally communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities.
6. Do all of the above with love.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience as a daycare Assistant Teacher or as a babysitter/nanny.
2. Strong understanding of child development or interest in learning.
3. Patient, kind, and nurturing.
4. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
5. First aid/CPR certified; or willingness to become certified.
