Job Summary

We're hiring an experienced Welder / Fitter for a full-time fabrication role in West Valley, Utah, paying $20–$27/hour based on experience. You'll work on structural tube assemblies and plate components using MIG and Flux Core processes — with consistent hours, modern equipment, and a team that takes quality seriously.

What You'll Do

What You Bring

Required

• 1–2 years of welding experience or completion of a welding certification program
• Proficiency in MIG (GMAW) and/or Flux Core (FCAW) welding processes

• Experience with shop tools including saws, grinders, and torches

Preferred

• AWS D1.1 certification or equivalent
• Experience with structural tube steel fabrication
• Familiarity with weld joint fit-up and preparation techniques

Physical Requirements

This role takes place in an active fabrication shop. Expect to be on your feet for up to 10 hours per shift, lift up to 50 lbs regularly, and work in an environment with welding arcs, grinding noise, heat, and sparks. PPE including a welding helmet, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots is required.

Schedule & Shift

Monday – Friday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM

Pay & Compensation

$20.00 – $27.00 per hour, depending on experience
