Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $18.00/hr

Position Summary

As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations including picking, packing, assembly, sorting, shipping, and receiving orders to meet productivity and quality goals.

What you’ll do

• Read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
• Move materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or designated areas.
• Sort and break down products by SKU, quantity, and product type.
• Operate electric pallet jacks and stand-up forklifts.
• Communicate effectively with Receivers, Drivers, Driver Check-in, & Forklift Operators.
• Follow safety practices during truck and trailer pull processes daily.
• Store goods in designated warehouse areas.
• Handle company-issued equipment properly, including PPE and voice equipment.
• Report safety concerns promptly.
• Wear company-issued uniforms.
• Assemble customer orders from stock, palletize or shelve, or move orders to loading for shipping.
• Label pallets as instructed.
• Open bales, crates, and containers when necessary.
• Record received or distributed materials or items.

About you

• High school diploma or GED.
• One to three months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent education and experience.
