Position Summary
Lead and coach warehouse team members to efficiently and safely handle product selection, replenishment, receiving, and loading, ensuring safety, accuracy, and quality standards are met. As a first-line leader, motivate and guide associates to achieve key performance indicators (Safety, Quality, Service, Cost).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage team members to meet or exceed performance goals by leading by example.
• Identify and remove obstacles for team success.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards, reporting hazards as needed.
• Maintain warehouse condition and equipment, recommending repairs or replacements.
• Analyze operations to recommend improvements for cost control and efficiency.
• Support process improvements and business development initiatives.
• Lead initiatives to reduce damages and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
• Coach team members on voice and computer systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Implement security procedures to safeguard warehouse contents.
• Monitor employee schedules, workloads, and address obstacles across shifts.
• Ensure OSHA standards and safety requirements are met.
• Support efforts to achieve KPIs related to Safety, Quality, Service, and Cost.

Candidate Profile

• Experience engaging and leading teams through challenging situations.
• Knowledge of SOPs in warehouse distribution, with a focus on inventory control and shipping operations.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate results effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to computer systems supporting warehouse operations.
