Job summary

EA Talent Solutions is partnering with an independent label to place a sharp, deeply organized Day-to-Day Manager supporting a pop artist and the team around them. This is a high-ownership operating role — an execution engine, not an executive assistant seat.

You'll sit at the crossroads of artist management, release and project management, hands-on content production (yes, actually shooting and cutting short-form video), and paid digital marketing.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years across artist management, labels, music marketing, or project/product management, with a track record of carrying releases and campaigns from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the central link between the artist, label, management, and outside collaborators — keeping everyone aligned and work in motion
  • Run the artist's calendar, scheduling, and travel logistics; stay a step ahead of what's needed and head off problems before they surface
  • Drive approvals, deliverables, and responses to closure across multiple parties so nothing slips through
  • Keep contracts, assets, approvals, and invoices organized and ready for review at any time
  • Help run music releases end to end — from early planning through launch — alongside distributors, DSPs, publicists, and creative teams
  • Maintain release schedules, deliverables, and campaign checkpoints, and shepherd artwork, audio, metadata, video, and promo materials to the finish line
  • Ideate, capture, shoot, and edit short-form video with the artist for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and whatever platform comes next
  • Partner closely with the fan-engagement side to bring content and community strategies to life
  • Support paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and DSPs, turning performance data into sharper results

Job description

EA Talent Solutions is partnering with an independent label to place a sharp, deeply organized Day-to-Day Manager supporting a pop artist and the team around them. This is a high-ownership operating role — an execution engine, not an executive assistant seat. You'll sit at the crossroads of artist management, release and project management, hands-on content production (yes, actually shooting and cutting short-form video), and paid digital marketing. Day to day, you're the hub keeping the artist, label, creative collaborators, and streaming partners in sync and moving forward, while helping translate the artist's vision into finished work.

What you'll own
Coordination & Operations
  • Act as the central link between the artist, label, management, and outside collaborators — keeping everyone aligned and work in motion
  • Run the artist's calendar, scheduling, and travel logistics; stay a step ahead of what's needed and head off problems before they surface
  • Drive approvals, deliverables, and responses to closure across multiple parties so nothing slips through
  • Keep contracts, assets, approvals, and invoices organized and ready for review at any time
Release & Project Execution
  • Help run music releases end to end — from early planning through launch — alongside distributors, DSPs, publicists, and creative teams
  • Maintain release schedules, deliverables, and campaign checkpoints, and shepherd artwork, audio, metadata, video, and promo materials to the finish line
Content Production
  • Ideate, capture, shoot, and edit short-form video with the artist for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and whatever platform comes next
  • Partner closely with the fan-engagement side to bring content and community strategies to life
Marketing & Paid Media
  • Support paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and DSPs, turning performance data into sharper results
What you bring
  • 5+ years across artist management, labels, music marketing, or project/product management, with a track record of carrying releases and campaigns from concept to launch
  • Fluency in how the modern music business runs — DSPs, distribution, streaming, social, and marketing; a live industry network is a plus
  • Real camera and editing chops: strong photo/video instincts plus advanced short-form editing
  • Hands-on experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalents, and comfort in the native editors for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
  • Experience running (or closely supporting) paid social/search campaigns, and enough command of analytics to recommend the next move
  • Elite organization, a sharp eye for detail, and the composure to juggle shifting priorities against deadlines
  • A genuine self-starter — takes the ball without being told, stays level under pressure, and brings grit and a willingness to solve things unconventionally
  • Real passion for music and artist development
  • Openness to flexible hours, including some nights and weekends when the artist's schedule requires

Compensation for this role is based on experience and ranges from $100,000 to $140,000 annually.
