• Respond to equipment alarms and shut-off controls
• Move finished product to packaging and ensure correct size/appearance
• Inspect bars for size, shape, and appearance; meet quality standards
• Clean workstation and machinery to maintain food safety

Job Summary

We are hiring Food Production Workers in Provo, UT — and you can start this week with no experience required. Choose from five Monday–Friday shifts paying $17–$19 per hour, with weekly pay every Friday.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor industrial kitchen equipment including mixers, cutters, and enrobers
• Program equipment to run according to company recipes and production standards
• Load raw ingredients into mixers, measuring portions to exact recipe specifications
• Respond to equipment alarms and activate shut-off controls when needed
• Remove finished product from the line and move batches forward to packaging
• Inspect finished bars for correct size, shape, and appearance to meet quality standards
• Clean your workstation, machine parts, and materials during downtime to maintain food safety standards

What You Bring

Required

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Able to stand for the full duration of your shift
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs. regularly; up to 50 lbs. for mixing positions
• Reliable attendance — this team counts on you to show up
• Able to communicate in English or Spanish

Preferred

• Prior experience in food production, manufacturing, or a commercial kitchen
• Familiarity with food safety or sanitation standards

Schedule & Shift

All shifts run Monday through Friday. Five options available — pick what works for your life.

Early Morning — 3:30 AM to 12:00 PM

Morning — 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM

Mid- Day — 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM

Overnight — 7:30 PM to 4:00 AM

Late Overnight — 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM

No client interview required. New hires can start any day of the week.

Pay & Compensation

$17.00 per hour — Early Morning and Morning shifts

$18.00 per hour — Mid-Day shift

$19.00 per hour — Overnight and Late Overnight shifts

Paid weekly, every Friday.
