Job summary

Hillcrest HealthCare System Pryor is seeking a Day Shift, PRN Day Surgery Registered Nurse (RN) in Pryor, OK. You will support the nursing process, coordinate care, and work with physicians and staff to deliver high-quality ambulatory services.

Ideal candidates hold ADN or BSN with Oklahoma RN license and have ambulatory care experience. Certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS) should be obtained within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• RN license in Oklahoma or a multi-state license
• 1 year experience in ambulatory healthcare setting
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
• ACLS within 90 days of hire
• PALS within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Support the nursing process and care to all assigned patients
• Coordinate healthcare services reflecting hospital philosophy and standards
• Promote teamwork with physicians and personnel from other departments
• Initiate patient and family education to facilitate recovery
