Disabled Workers Co. is seeking a Day Support Worker in Huntingdon for a part-time role. You will assist adults with disabilities, support daily activities, and help maintain dignity and independence in line with the care plan.

The role requires experience in supporting individuals with complex needs, including communication techniques and personal care responsibilities. DBS enhanced check is required, and the Trust offers adjustments throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Support Worker for adults with disabilities.

Responsabilités

• Empower customers to have independence and choices, and to develop meaningful relationships.
• Support customers with complex needs to engage in activities in a group or 1:1 session.
• Assistance with personal care and mobility, based on a Care and Support plan.
• Use communication skills to enhance inclusion and engagement.
