Job summary

Bancroft NeuroRehab is seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our Adult Residential Program in Toms River, NJ. This part-time role supports adults with brain injuries through daily living tasks and therapeutic activities to promote independence.

You will help with rehabilitation, build meaningful relationships, and work in a supportive team focused on compassionate care and community integration.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; valid driver's license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Social Work preferred or enrollment in related program.
• Experience or interest in supporting adults with disabilities is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, valid Driver’s License, six months related work experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field or currently enrolled in a related college program are required. Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

The current hiring range for this position is: $19.06-$19.44 per hour.
