Key Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise in designated locations according to management’s shelf allocation.
• Provide courteous and efficient customer service.
• Replace misplaced items to the correct locations.
• Unload trucks and organize stock.
• Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and keeping the store and stockroom neat.
• Ensure pricing accuracy by checking shelf labels.
• Rotate merchandise to maintain freshness and quality.
• Clean and straighten shelves, hang shelf tags, and stack products in the stockroom.
• Bale all boxes and properly dispose of trash.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Stocking experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to meet physical, mental, and visual demands.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and perform routine tasks.
• Reliable attendance during scheduled shifts is essential.
