Job summary

Pro Resources Inc. is seeking dependable welders for a direct-hire role in Attica, Indiana. The position involves MIG, TIG, and stick welding in a heavy industrial manufacturing setting, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Candidates should be able to perform physically demanding work and pass background and drug screening. Hours are 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a pay range of $20.55–$34.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Welding experience with MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Able to perform physically demanding, labor-intensive work.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and production requirements.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to lift at least 55 lbs daily.
• Must have your welding helmet.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on industrial components and materials.
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and welding specifications as required.
• Prepare materials and workpieces for welding.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
