Qualifications

• Minimum of three years welding experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints and technical drawings.
• Must pass AWS welding certification test administered by CNH.
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding operations using electric wire feed equipment according to layouts and procedures.
• Weld metal components in flat, horizontal, and vertical positions to specifications.
• Prepare materials by cleaning, grinding, and degreasing weld joints.
• Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
• Follow safety, PPE, and CBS+ standards and participate in continuous improvement.
