Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily DC operations. You will unload, receive, stage, pick, and load products, and help maintain accurate inventory across locations. Forklift skills and adherence to safety standards are essential.

This role offers day shifts, overtime as needed, and a benefits package including health plans and 401(k). Starting pay is commensurate with location and experience, with opportunities for advancement and paid training.

Qualifications

• 6 or more months of general warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift operator certificate or completion of forklift training within first 30 days of employment.
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 90% of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on feet for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive, stage, consolidate, pick, and load product as directed by DC demand.
• Audit and verify inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy, SKU counts, labeling, routing, and load integrity.
• Put away, pick, and replenish product from warehouse locations using appropriate equipment.
• Prepare, label, and secure pallets for shipment; operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other equipment safely.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, cycle counts, and physical inventories.
• Inspect quality of goods and report variances, damages, or safety concerns to leadership.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and complete MHE documentation.
• Follow OSHA regulations and SiteOne housekeeping standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment across assigned areas.
