• Experience using SAP or other ERP inventory management systems required.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with receiving, inventory control, and material handling preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Verify shipping documentation and inventory records.
• Enter inventory and receiving data into SAP or other inventory management systems.
• Operate a sit-down forklift to load, unload, transport, and store materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and organized storage areas.
• Coordinate with production personnel to ensure material availability.
• Verify inventory quantities through physical inspections and cycle counts.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational standards.
