Job summary

Cardinal Health in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Warehouse Operations team member to receive, pick, and ship products for patient care. The 1st shift runs 7:00am–5:30pm Mon–Wed, with a 6:00am–4:30pm Saturday schedule and a $1.50 shift differential.

No prior warehouse experience is required; training is provided on day one. You must be able to lift 50 pounds, work at heights, and stand throughout the shift while maintaining accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced distribution setting.
• Basic English reading/writing for document processing.

Responsibilities

• Follow established processes to fulfill orders.
• Accurately pick, check quality, pack, and prepare shipments.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and assist with projects.
• Maintain housekeeping and inventory controls for safety.
• Train and obtain certification to operate material-handling equipment.
• Operate equipment such as order picker, forklift, reach/turret trucks.
