Job summary

Tempur Sealy in Indiana is seeking a production associate for a Monday–Friday day shift. You will work in a fast-paced team to hit daily production goals, move materials, and operate equipment like sewing machines and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain monthly, weekly, and daily production goals in a team setting.
• Move materials/components between floor, pallets, conveyors, and tables.
• Operate sewing machines, hot glue guns, and pallet jacks as needed.
• Sort, verify, and supply production materials to stations to meet schedule.
• Collaborate with team to achieve organizational goals.
• Label and pack finished goods accurately.
• Maintain a clean work area and environment.
• Perform quality inspections at each production step to ensure standards.
• Discuss available positions during interview phase.
