Job summary

Hercules Industries is seeking a Warehouse Worker to manage receiving, storing, handling, shipping, and order preparation. You will use forklift or order picker to process orders and maintain a safe, orderly warehouse environment.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, ability to operate material handling equipment, and strong communication with teammates. Overtime may be required; attendance must be reliable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• General knowledge of warehouse procedures and ability to operate material handling equipment safely.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers to meet customer requirements.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and duties.
• Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Obtain or pull material to fill pick tickets from storage; verify quantities and items against the invoice.
• Load merchandise into company vehicles while maintaining safety and order.
• Maintain and inspect equipment; report defects to supervisor.
• Verify received materials against packing lists and purchase orders.
• Maintain an orderly, safe, and functional warehouse environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
