Maersk in West Chester, OH is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the day shift (5:30am-2:30pm) to lead 20+ warehouse staff. You will supervise order receiving, inventory, cycle counts, and shipping, while maintaining records and ensuring safety procedures.

You will plan inbound/outbound schedules, determine staffing, and improve operational procedures. This full-time on-site role offers Medical, Vision, 401k + Company Match, PTO, and flexible schedules where possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers in receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials.
• Maintain inventory records, conduct cycle counts, investigate variances, and adjust records.
• Plan inbound and outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Determine staffing needs and schedule staff accordingly.
• Directly supervise 20+ employees in the Operations area and handle hiring/training.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and resolve worker grievances.
