The ideal candidate has 2+ years of warehouse experience, can review PO/picking records, and communicates clearly with warehouse, production, and purchasing teams.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of warehouse operations, receiving, inventory, or material coordination.
• Hands-on experience operating a Hi-Lo forklift.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Ability to review purchase orders, packing slips, inventory records, and pick lists.
• Clear communication with field and office personnel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure materials are received, organized, staged, and distributed.
• Partner with production, installation, and purchasing to anticipate material requirements and schedules.
• Prepare and verify job-specific materials before installation crews arrive; identify shortages.
• Maintain organized warehouse layout for efficient handling and inventory control.
• Safely operate Hi-Lo forklift to unload deliveries and move materials.
