Qualifications

• Must read, write, and communicate in English for duties and safety.
• Basic math skills required (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound freight manually or with pallet jacks.
• Break down pallets and sort product by item number or destination.
• Restack freight per safety and operations standards.
• Shrink-wrap pallets and prepare for storage or outbound shipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment; sweep and remove trash.
• Follow safety procedures, policies, and food safety regulations.
• Communicate discrepancies or unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Collaborate with receiving and shipping teams for efficiency.
• Attend required team meetings and trainings.
• Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned.
