Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Marion, OH is hiring for a full-time Loader/Dock Worker. The role supports outbound loads, internal transfers, and safe handling of windows and doors on the dock. Base pay is $19.00 per hour for 1st shift (Mon-Thu 6:00 am–4:30 pm, overtime on Friday when needed).

Ideal candidates have 1+ year manufacturing experience, forklift operation, and can lift 50–75 pounds repeatedly. Benefits start day one, with PTO, health options, and retirement plans offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of 1 year forklift operation.
• Overhead crane experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds continually.

Responsibilities

• Load windows and doors onto trailers according to manifest and safety standards.
• Unload and stage windows and doors at correct dock locations.
• Move items from production lines to dock using tugger and place in proper lanes.
• Achieve a loading rate of 150 cube/hour or greater while maintaining quality and safety.
