Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Distribution Specialist/Logistics Associate to join our Midwest Distribution Center team. You will work in one department but cross-train across several areas, handling shipping, receiving, putaway, and inventory through RF scanners and handheld printers.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, 1 year warehousing experience preferred, and a readiness to learn equipment and cross-train across functions. Schedule: Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of warehousing, receiving, or material management preferred.
• Must be a team player, punctual, and flexible.
• Cross-training is expected as business needs dictate.
• Ability to read, count and perform basic math tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise according to policies to ensure efficient, accurate distribution.
• Receive merchandise and sort/count inventory, process orders, pick, pack and ship items.
• Verify inbound/outbound documents and labels for accuracy and damage checks.
• Use RF scanners, computers, and handheld printers.
• Operate material handling equipment safely up to 30 feet.
• Communicate system and merchandise issues to leadership.
• Report equipment or product issues immediately.
• Perform general warehouse duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area.
