Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Associate for the Midwest Distribution Center. The role will involve working in a 24-hour operation with shipping, order picking, inbound/outbound processing, putaway, inventory, and receiving tasks.

The position requires basic numeracy, a high school diploma or GED, and at least 18 years old. Training options and internal promotion opportunities are highlighted, with emphasis on teamwork and flexibility across departments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Able to read, count, and perform basic math.
• Minimum of one year experience in Warehousing, Receiving, or Material Management preferred.
• Team player with cooperative mindset.
• Punctual and ready to work.
• Flexible; able to adapt to cross-training and changing assignments.
• Willing to learn all equipment used in the DC.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise according to Camping World policies and procedures to ensure merchandise is distributed efficiently and accurately.
• Receive incoming merchandise, inventory sorting or counting, processing orders, picking merchandise, packaging, and shipping merchandise.
• Verify inbound/outbound documents/labels to ensure accurate counts and damage-free products.
• Use RF Scanners, computers, and handheld printers.
• Operate material handling equipment safely up to 30 feet.
• Communicate system and merchandise issues to the Leadership Team.
• Report equipment, product, or structural issues immediately.
• Complete all duties assigned, including general warehouse tasks when needed.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
