Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our operations team. The role supports order fulfillment, packing, receiving, and shipping in a fast-paced environment, with a Monday–Friday shift 7:00 AM–3:40 PM (or until task complete).

Ideal candidates are capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, comfortable with heights, and able to follow directions while maintaining accuracy. Training is provided; parking, benefits, and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort with heights up to 30 ft.
• Ability to follow direction and change priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with technologies like computers or POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, quality checks, packing and preparing for shipment.
• Cross-training in multiple warehouse areas and participating in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and keep a clean, safe work environment.
• Be willing to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required.
