Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support receiving, storing and shipping processes. You will receive and fulfill orders to ensure customers get products to care for patients, with cross-training across warehouse areas and a commitment to safety.

Training starts on day one; no experience required. Lifting up to 50 lb, possible heights of 20–30 ft, and ability to work Monday–Thursday shifts; benefits include robust health coverage and retirement options.

Qualifications

• We are open to candidates with little to no warehouse experience; training provided on day one.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working at heights of 20–30 ft regularly.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with computers or point of sale systems is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic proficiency in English to read and write documents.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, packing, and preparing for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks in a safe, clean environment.
• Willingness to train and be certified to operate material handling equipment.
