Job summary

Cardinal Health in Lavergne, TN is hiring a Day Shift Warehouse Associate to receive, pick, pack, and ship medical products. You will work 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with overtime as needed, and train on equipment like order pickers and forklift.

No warehouse experience required; training provided on day one. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and access to wages before payday. Cardinal Health is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

Open to candidates with little to no warehouse experience.
Fast-paced, goal-oriented environment suitability.
All training provided starting on day one.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfort with heights 20-30 ft regularly.
Able to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
Follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with computers or POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Follow established process to fulfill orders.
Cross-train in multiple areas of the warehouse and participate in projects as needed.
Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment.
