Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Day Shift) in Jackson, MI for a 3-month W2 contract (temp to hire). On-site role, 6am-6pm, with a 2-2-3 rotational schedule; pay rate $19 per hour.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 1+ year of related work experience favored in manufacturing.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks in a production setting.
• Manufacturing environment tolerance including noise, dust, and temperature extremes.
• Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain forklift certification; SAP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Unload shipments, verify packing sheets, and load outgoing orders.
• Production Line Support: Supply production with boxes and materials; clear finished products and scraps.
• Inventory & Systems: Scan into SAP, manage rack storage, daily cycle counts, UPS packages.
• Equipment & Facility: Safely operate forklifts, wrapping machines, yard tractors; keep area clean.
• Team Support: Train new associates; assist SAP data entry and special projects.
