Job summary

A&B Distributors in Little Rock, AR seeks a Warehouse Associate to maintain accurate stock, prepare items for delivery and support daily warehouse operations from Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. You’ll handle inventory, palletizing and basic equipment use with an emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, warehouse experience preferred, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a willingness to obtain PIT certification.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required.
• Warehouse, distribution or beverage industry experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Comfortable in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to obtain PIT certification to operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate stock and monitor product dates to minimize out-of-code inventory.
• Repack damaged product according to guidelines before end of each shift.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support inbound and outbound truck operations as needed.
• Build and stage pallets safely and efficiently as needed.
• Assist in inventory counts as needed.
• Attend all required meetings.
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques.
• Perform general and miscellaneous warehouse duties as assigned.
