Job summary

BELL-MARK is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle receiving, storage, and order fulfillment in a safe, orderly warehouse environment. You will verify incoming materials against packing lists and ensure accurate stocking and packing for shipment.

Responsibilities include operating warehouse equipment, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining compliance with CofC’s and SDS’s. Prior warehouse experience is preferred; training for forklift certification is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Forklift certification provided/training available by Bell-Mark.
• Familiarity with personal computers.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive material accurately from vendors, customers, or other warehouses.
• Verify quantity and description against packing lists.
• Examine shipments and report discrepancies.
• Stage materials on shelves or storage areas in an orderly manner.
• Fill orders to be shipped to customers.
• Review orders to ensure correct picking.
• Safely operate all necessary warehouse equipment.
• Familiarity with CofC’s and SDS’s.
