Job summary

Hillyard Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the Columbia, MO area. You will be on your feet most of the day, picking orders, building pallets, and operating material‑handling equipment to keep shipments moving on schedule.

You should have hands‑on warehouse experience, an eye for detail, and the ability to work well in a team on a Monday‑Friday day shift. Forklift experience is a plus, as is basic computer and email proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience picking/packing customer orders is preferred.
• Ability to operate basic warehouse software and email is expected.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment.
• Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
• Prepare LTL and small parcel shipments for delivery.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
