Job summary

Cardinal Health is hiring for a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate in La Vergne, TN. You will receive and fulfill orders, perform quality checks, pack items, and prepare shipments to ensure a steady supply of life-saving meds to hospitals and pharmacies.

The role offers on-site work with training provided on day one. Candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds, working at heights, and standing for the shift; prior POS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working with heights 20-30 ft regularly.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, quality checks, packing, and preparing for shipment.
• Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participate in projects.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment (e.g., cherry picker, forklift).
