Job summary

WM is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive inbound materials, perform equipment maintenance, load/unload vehicles, and assemble mail-back kits. Under direct supervision, you will contribute to safe, efficient operations inside our facility and support lean processes.

Key duties include packing orders, inspecting inbound materials, operating forklift and pallet jack, keeping records, and helping with cycle counts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience, preferably in plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Assembles mailback and other product kits according to established procedures.
• Packs orders for shipment to ensure efficient use of materials and safety of items in transit.
• Unloads, inspects, and reports status of inbound materials.
• Operates forklift, pallet jack, and dolly in close quarters; drives equipment as needed.
