Job summary

Entegris in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Warehouse Worker to manage inbound and outbound materials, organize inventory, and support cleanroom production. The role requires operating forklifts and RF equipment, following strict safety protocols, and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Candidates should have at least one year of warehouse experience, strong communication, and proficiency in SAP or other WMS tools.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have the right to work in the US without sponsorship.
• At least one year of warehouse experience (receiving, shipping, or kitting) preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP and/or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to maintain records, input data, and generate reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to safely operate forklift, reach truck, or other related warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming product shipments and performs count checks in SAP to maintain accurate inventory.
• Procures labels and organizes materials for distribution around the facility.
• Performs scheduled picks and delivers items to cleanrooms for assembly or production orders.
• Adheres to cleanroom protocols and uses required protective gear.
• Generates packing lists, bills of lading, and shipping labels.
• Manages escalations for missing or expedited items with internal/external customers.
• Coordinates overstock transfers for 3PL inventory.
• Supports cycle counts and inventory control improvements.
• Operates RF guns, Reach Trucks, Forklifts, and WAV equipment safely.
• Completes washing of incoming components for cleanroom use.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area and communicates hazards.
• Performs additional tasks to support production goals.
