Job summary

Cardinal Health in Madison, Mississippi is hiring for a Warehouse Operations role. Monday–Friday 7:00AM–3:30PM with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will perform order picking, packing, and shipping tasks, participate in cross-training, and learn to operate material handling equipment. Training is provided, and safety and teamwork are emphasized in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• No warehouse experience required; training provided starting day one.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with technologies (computers/POS) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, quality checks, packing, and preparing shipments.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and contribute to projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Willingness to train and be certified to operate material handling equipment.
• Equipment used may include order picker, forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, and walkie rider.
