Job summary

Cardinal Health in Madison, WI is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the full-time night shift (Sunday-Thursday, 6:00 PM–2:40 AM, or until task complete). Pay rate is $18.50 per hour and includes shift differential. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, HSA, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• Open to candidates with little to no warehouse experience; training provided on first day.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort with heights up to 30 ft.
• Able to follow directions and adjust priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; familiarity with computers/point-of-sale systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow established processes to fulfill orders, including accurate product picking, quality checks, packing, and preparing shipments.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Willingness to train and be certified to operate material handling equipment as required.
