Job summary

Würth Baer Supply Company is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Edison, NJ branch. This full-time, direct-hire role operates Monday–Friday during the day, with weekends off, and includes a full benefits package and paid time off.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, shipping/receiving, loading/unloading, and forklift operation. The role requires lifting up to 70 pounds, basic computer skills, and strong safety awareness. Starting pay is $20/hr.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of warehouse experience (receiving, picking, packing, shipping).
• Forklift experience.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Good communication skills.
• Some Will Call experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, shipping/receiving, loading/unloading, checking in materials, put-aways/stocking materials, forklift operation (sit-down propane), palletizing, skid wrapping, team and individual lifting, cleaning/general housekeeping, and other warehouse duties as needed.
• An essential function requires employees to lift and lower packages up to 70 pounds with attention to safety.
• High School diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of warehouse experience (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, loading/unloading trucks).
• Good communication skills.
• Some Will Call experience a plus.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Forklift experience.
