Ferguson is seeking an entry level Warehouse Associate to join our team in Pasco, WA. Hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The role involves pulling and packing orders, using RF devices, and moving pallets to meet daily shipping needs.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, with higher compensation possible based on experience. A commitment to safety and accurate handling of material is essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and support a safe work environment.
• Wear PPE and follow safety regulations, including a harness when required.
