Job summary

All Surfaces is one of the nation's leading distributors for flooring and sundries, seeking a Warehouse Associate for the Earth City, MO branch to support daily warehouse operations.

You will pick, pack, stage, and load orders, receive inventory, inspect products, verify accuracy, and operate forklifts and pallet jacks, all while following SOPs and safety standards.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 7:30am–4:30pm, and pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse and/or fulfillment experience.
• Must provide courteous, personal attention to promote customer satisfaction.
• Excellent attention to detail with accurate, high‑quality work.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to maximize productivity.
• Must be able to regularly lift over 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, stage, and load customer orders.
• Receive inventory and inspect products for damage, stock to bin locations.
• Verify orders for accuracy and quality at every stage of receiving and shipping process.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other relevant equipment.
• Follow shipping and receiving SOPs for paperwork and electronic systems processes.
• Assist the branch in executing warehouse standards of safety, maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Organize inventory to meet safety, efficiency, and inventory control standards for storage and transport.
• Ensure SOPs for inventory control are followed so pallets are properly shrink-wrapped, strapped, and banded for storage and transport.
