Job summary

Fairfield Processing Corporation in Danbury, CT is seeking a Distribution Associate (Non-Operator) to support the distribution department by putting away products, and picking orders. You will affix shipping labels and other documents, ensuring accurate packing and smooth warehouse flow.

As a Distribution Associate, you will use WMS and ERP systems, perform inventory tasks, and adhere to safety guidelines in a collaborative team environment. Shift: days, Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in warehouse or distribution environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack safely and efficiently.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move boxes and materials as needed.

Responsibilities

• Put away products to designated storage by following Work Instructions.
• Pick orders using WMS tasks and ERP systems.
• Affix shipping labels and packing lists to shipping units.
• Inspect labels and packing units for accuracy and quality.
• Assist with inventory counts to maintain accurate records.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
• Collaborate with team to achieve daily goals.
