Job summary

Cardinal Health is hiring for a Warehouse Associate role in a fast-paced distribution environment in Portland. The Associate II supports inbound or outbound activities, ensuring accuracy, safety, and timely shipments.

The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate warehouse equipment, and work overtime as needed. Training is provided on day one, with a focus on SOPs and safety protocols to maintain quality and productivity.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Prior Order Selector / material handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including picking, quality checks, packing, loading, and preparing for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects.
• Use WMS to check in and out products and ensure accuracy.
• Operate material handling equipment (forklift, order picker, reach truck) as required.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment and adhere to OSHA standards.
