Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Utility Technician in Minnesota to perform routine maintenance and preventative tasks across varied environments. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and timely repairs on fleet vehicles and production equipment.

Typical shifts run Monday through Friday from 7 am to 3:30 pm, with a pay rate of $12–$13 per hour. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and forklift certification may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months in a company environment or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean work area and comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Stop at risk behavior of others and self.
• Follow posted safety standards and wear PPE when necessary.
• Inspect and repair fleet vehicles, troubleshoot power tools or replace a broken component on a production machine.
• Inspect work process to ensure all projects turn out correctly.
• Take direction and respond to supervision and perform work assignments in a team with other employees.
• Understand customer service and satisfaction.
• May operate Boom Lift/Highlift to complete the following: (if applicable).
• Other duties as assigned.
