Job summary

Allied Universal in Canton, MS is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Assistant to protect client sites across Tech/Media/Telecom environments. You will patrol, monitor access, respond to incidents, and deliver professional customer service in a welcoming, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• Background check and drug screening as required by law.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors and contractors following site procedures.
• Conduct routine patrols of interior and exterior areas and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access and verify visitor/contractor authorization per site rules.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow emergency protocols.
• Document activities and communicate updates to leadership.
