Job summary

Absolute International Security is seeking an Unarmed Security Guard in Riverside, California for a day shift from Monday to Friday, 07:30–17:00. The role focuses on maintaining a safe environment through patrols, access control, incident response, and clear reporting.

Strong customer service and a professional appearance are essential. The ideal candidate will be at least 18, able to pass background checks, hold a California Guard Card, and possess CPR/First Aid/AED certifications.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to write clear, accurate incident reports and logs.
• Comfortable standing/walking for extended periods and outdoors in varied weather.

Responsibilities

• Act as a visible deterrent to prevent rule violations or unsafe behavior.
• Perform routine patrols of the assigned area, including the public social services facility and parking lot.
• Monitor entrance/exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles; control access points and logs.
• Observe and report suspicious activities, safety hazards, or policy violations.
• Prepare incident reports and daily activity logs; maintain documentation.
