Qualifications

• Completion of an Indiana EMS-approved EMT course.
• Current unrestricted Indiana EMT certification and National Registry eligibility.
• Must obtain Indiana and Michigan EMT licenses within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Perform EMT procedures under Medical Director approval per ALS committee.
• Provide patient assessment, stabilization, and transport plans.
• Maintain radios, GPS, routes, and safety during transport.
• Complete accurate documentation of patient status and care given.
• Assist with equipment inspection, restocking, and daily logs.
