The ideal candidate holds Florida RN licensure and BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS are preferred. BSN is preferred for this position, with opportunities to mentor patients, families, and staff in a healing environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the state of Florida; American Heart Association BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certification and ongoing professional development.
• The RN plans, directs, and evaluates nursing care with a patient-centered approach.
• Educates peers, patients, and families; maintains accurate documentation and uses equipment properly.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient-centered nursing care for an assigned patient group.
• Plan, direct, and evaluate nursing care; monitor patient progress and outcomes.
• Perform accurate documentation and ensure availability of supplies and equipment.
• Educate and mentor peers, patients, and families to improve care quality.
