Job summary

Providence St. Joseph Hospital in Eureka, CA is seeking a Procedural Scheduler in our Surgical Services Department.

This Full-Time, 8-hour Day shift role schedules procedures for the OR, Endoscopy and North Coast Surgery Center/Pain Clinic, records data and maintains documentation. You will use the Surgery Department system to perform data entry, generate statistics and support charge entry, contributing to smooth operations and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Documented completion of Medical Terminology Course.
• Experience in the health care setting.

Responsibilities

• Schedule procedures for the OR, Endoscopy and North Coast Surgery Center.
• Record and submit statistical data and maintain OR log documentation.
• Provide statistical, logging and charge entry duties using the Surgery Department's computerized system.
