Job summary

Meadowbrook Care Center in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a dedicated STNA to join our Dayshift team. As a State-Tested Nursing Assistant, you will provide compassionate resident care under the supervision of licensed nurses and contribute to a safe, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a State-Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certified in Ohio.
• 0 years of experience in healthcare and new graduates welcome.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, transfer and move residents with care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of licensed nurses.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Provide basic care and hygiene, including vital signs and wound care.
• Assist with medication administration and treatments.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Collaborate with the health care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of resident care and services.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuing education programs.
