Job summary

Quintech Electronics & Communications, Inc. is seeking a Production Floater in Soldering/Assembly to hand-solder through-hole and SMT components onto PCBs and prepare wires for test cable assemblies.

This is a full-time daylight role based in Indiana, Pennsylvania, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Responsibilities include assembling products to standards, running soldering robots for shields and wave soldering ovens, soldering per drawings, preparing wires and test cables,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Soldering experience mandatory.
• Able to work daylight shifts only.
• Must have manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using magnification aids and hot tools.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products per established standards.
• Operate soldering robots for shield placement and wave soldering ovens.
• Solder electronic components on PCBs per drawings and schematics.
• Prepare and crimp wires and test cable assemblies.
• Perform additional duties as required.
